FAQ’s

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Please make your way to the entrance on arrival where you will either be let straight through if you have bought a wristband in advance or we will exchange your bar-coded ticket for a wristband.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

If you have a print at home ticket, please print this out and bring it along with you, if you have purchased a wristband, just bring this along.

You will also need to bring proof of age if you wish to buy alcohol from the bars as we operate a challenge 25 policy. It is illegal to purchase alcohol if you are under 18, or on behalf of someone under the age of 18. Anyone found breaking this law will be ejected from the Festival.

CAN I COME AND GO AS I PLEASE?

Yes, although toilets, drinks and food are on site.

WILL THERE BE ANY SEATING?

There will be seating in areas around our food outlets and you can also bring your own. Picnic blankets and rugs are fine too but please, no tents or gazebos

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

We’re afraid not, no animals will be allowed on site apart from guide/assistance dogs.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINK?

Sadly not, all food and drink consumed on site must be purchased on site. Bag searches will be made at the entrance to the site.

Only baby milk, food for children and for those with special needs can be brought in to the festival.

I’M UNDER 18, CAN I COME ON MY OWN?

Unfortunately not, we can’t admit anyone under 18 without an accompanying parent or guardian.
